Saturday Sweets at Chez Karine Bakery

Another French patisserie that I dared to visit one Saturday afternoon was Chez Karine Bakery in Serendra. Why dared? Because it took courage and time for me to sojourn at places where my Mama and I used to frequent, and where she used to buy me presents. :)

I remember how generous and thoughtful my Mama was. She made ordinary days – special. One of the last surprises that she blessed me with were boxes of goodies from Chef Karine Bakery. There was this one time when I got home, opened my chiller, and there they were before my very eyes – beautiful boxes of sweets!

Chez Karine Bakery is one of those shops that I need to go back to. :) Besides the sweets above, they also have gift sets, cookies, pastry, honey toast, and choices of hot and cold drinks. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Savings/ Practical Tip:

(HOME TIP) From dessert jar to my kitchen: Reuse Chez Karine's lovely jars! I transformed a couple of my dessert jars to containers for my sea salt and mustard seeds. Yeap those are mustard seeds. :) I gave one jar of condiment as a present too. :) Pretty and practical, right?
